The Lindis Catchment, situated in the heart of New Zealand’s Central Otago region, is a unique and vital ecological area renowned for its diverse landscapes and rich biodiversity. The Lindis River originates at Mount Melina, 1,925 meters above sea level, and extends 55 kilometres to join the Clutha River/Mata-Au at 220 meters above sea level.
