How to set groups on the pathway to enduring success

Coming together to formulate a plan - important to include cups of tea, note paper and a space where everyone can share.

OCC facilitate groups to support this often murky and sometimes tricky space.

Recently OCC received some support for their own committee to work through some of these pinch points. It’s a great thing to get support when needed to come together and find the common thread, cut through some of the noise and work out what you’re really setting out to achieve as a group.

It is often recommended having someone who isn’t attached to or part of the group come in to support this process. OCC can help your group with this. Trained to facilitate groups, and here to support your group find the best way forwards according to your group needs. A facilitated session can give those in your group or community who often don’t speak up a chance to share their ideas or perspective, helping in turn with the collective actions on the ground.
