One of our own at the National Catchment Forum

The National Catchments Forum, held in Wellington at the beginning of October set the scene for what looks likely to become a regular on the claendar for anyone interested in the fresh water space.

Lloyd McCall, one of the committee members of OCC, but most well known for his work with the Pomahaka Water Care Group spoke at the forum.

If you’ve not heard the Pomahaka story before, or it’s been a while and you’d like a recap, follow this link for Lloyd’s presentation. Humourous, down to earth and from the heart, Lloyd tells a great story of grass roots action, bringing hearts and minds together for improved environmental outcomes in the Pomahaka catchment.
